Tech Tips

  • Kraton e-Learning Portal is a Single Sign On (SSO) application.  You will be taken to the site automatically if you are on the Kraton network (e.g. onsite or on VPN).  If you are working remotely, you may be prompted for your Kraton login credentials as you would with any SSO application.  
  • Many courses open in a "pop-up" window. By default many browsers will block these pop-up widows.  To allow pop-ups in Google Chrome, select the alert at the end of the address bar and select "Always Allow Pop-Ups," then reload the course.
  • To create a shortcut or favorite for this platform you must use the SSO link and not the landing page.  https://kraton.redvector.com/ets/login.aspx 
  • You will initially enter the system at this Home Page.  You can access your assigned courses by clicking the Dashboard (New) menu on the left panel. 
  • You can browse over 2000 courses that are available in the Course Catalog, ranging from technical operations and maintenance courses to personal development and IT courses.  You can self-assign these courses if desired.  Self-assigned courses are not assigned due dates and can be completed at your convenience.
  • Completed courses are listed in the Learning History menu. 
  • Most courses run on Internet Explorer but some newer HTML5 Courses do not.  This is a known issue with Internet Explorer and will be resolved in the next few months when Kraton transitions to an updated browser.  In the meantime, if you encounter any issues attempt to open the course in Google Chrome.  To do this, open Chrome, paste this link in the address bar, and press enter. https://kraton.redvector.com/ets/login.aspx
